We will send you a new one without any additional cost.

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the day of purchase. Refund will be processed once we will receive the product and checked that the conditions are the ones mentioned above (article not opened and/or used). Shipping cost are not refunded.

How to return any item: send an email to archivio901@gmail.com including your name, address, and Order # and we’ll help you place the return.

Once the order has been processed and confirmed we are sorry but we are unable to change it, in this case you will have to go through the return process once you receive your order.
